the location was excellent it was easy to reach the shops and abbey. the staff were friendly and helpful . i also appreciated the bottle of wine in my room upon arrival it was a lovely touch for my anniversary.
the breakfast service was slow and disorganized items arrived late. i found the limited pool access disappointing it required extra payment. parking was not included in my stay which added an unexpected cost.

the room provided a beautiful double space with thoughtful layout. i found the minibar stocked with complimentary drinks a welcome detail. the spa access included thermal waters and several saunas. i used the convenient car park, booked ahead, to avoid parking issues.
the tv did not function properly . this was a slight inconvenience.

The location was very good. Walking distance to many amenities was a plus. The room was nice and CLEAN. The bar staff created great cocktails. The bar area was generally lovely.
The shower mirror was broken. The heating towel rack did not work. The ceiling was damaged and unpainted. This WAS disappointing.
