poor servicecheapens experience
i was so excited for my afternoon tea, especially after hearing such good things. the food itself was delicious, i can't deny that. but, honestly, the service really let the whole experience down. things felt off, and it's a shame, because it really tarnished what should have been a special day. i might think twice before rushing back anytime soon.

The room offered exquisite bedding, i was grateful for its beautiful decor. The service throughout the hotel was really good. I noticed many dogs, i appreciated the hotel welcomed them even though we did not bring ours. We definitely plan to return in the future.
The pillow was the only downside for me, it was minor. I recognize this is a personal preference, i don't want to dwell on it. I am grateful for the generally great facilities.
