amazing getaway!

i had a really very nice time here. the staff was super attentive. i especially enjoyed the extensive breakfast buffet that featured fresh, high-quality ingredients. the golf course was in perfect condition , offering a challenging but rewarding experience.
the only minor issue was that the gym equipment felt a little dated.

the breakfast buffet featured a wide array of options including both hot and cold dishes , as well as fresh fruit and pastries , all beautifully presented. i liked the freshly squeezed juice station and the attentive service from the dining staff.

my signature twin room had two comfortable beds , each with high-quality linens. the room also featured a seating area with a sofa and a coffee table. a large tv with satellite channels.

the hotel staff were consistently friendly and helpful , promptly addressing any questions or requests. check-in was swift and efficient , and the concierge provided useful information about local attractions , which was very helpful.

great services at the belfry

i met friends in sam's bar for lunch. the food was excellent and the service was prompt (i really liked the efficient service). amanda, our server, was friendly and helpful during the meal. the staff provided good customer service.
the bed mattress was a bit too hard. i personally found it a little uncomfortable for a long night's sleep. it's a minor issue, but worth noting for those sensitive to mattress firmness.

the spa area was very comfy and tidy to relax. the gym has several machines for exercising. the restaurant looked spacious and well-kept, ready to serve numerous guests.

the hotel is centrally located for visiting from various regions. many of my friends live in other areas and it makes the hotel a good meeting point. i found it convenient.

The Sam's Club House served very good food for lunch. I especially liked the beef dish. Service at the reception area was first class. Michelle, Alison and Ali worked well together (they were very friendly and efficient).
The sofa bed in my family room was small. It seemed somewhat insulting for my children to sleep on together. The shower in the room flooded the bathroom. The plug did not drain properly (maintenance is needed).
