the hotel had a great variety of restaurants, so trying different cuisines was easy. trader vic's was a particular highlight with its food and cocktails. the rooftop bar offered comfortable seating and views of the nearby rooftops.

the room i was assigned was quite small. it lacked convenient storage for my suitcase. the breakfast seemed expensive considering the options available.

the staff got me great seats for the munich philharmonic orchestra. the concierge really was awesome. the room i booked through amex platinum had many useful perks. i made use of the breakfast and a 90 euro credit.

the rooftop was fully booked on the first try. i was recommended it but had to wait.

The location is great for seeing the city. The staff were warm. The breakfast was good (especially the fresh pretzels!).

I arrived early and asked about early check-in but it never happened. I had to wait for a long time. The bathroom was small and only one person could fit at a time. The wifi was slow.
