The facilities were great, and the staff proved accommodating. It was like they anticipated every need, it. our room showcased quality above average, the space was expansive, and it seemed like a luxurious escape. i especially liked the excellent breakfast, there was so much choice for every taste, a true morning delight! the hotel's proximity to train transportation was a great convenience.
the bed proved a little too firm for my personal comfort, still, it was manageable.

The staff handled requests efficiently. They showed a commitment to guest satisfaction and created a positive stay. i found their attentiveness refreshing, it enhanced the overall experience with thoughtful touches.

The breakfast offered extensive choice suiting diverse tastes. It included both continental options and local specialties, i found it a great start to each day. the restaurant provided an intimate atmosphere and delicious meals, a perfect setting for romantic dining.

The location is great. It is directly opposite the train station. I also found a nice outdoor setting for coffee in the morning. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I was charmed by it.
Our room was not cleaned to the level I expected. I noticed the bathroom counter remained dirty the entire stay. The AC in our room also did not work properly. It never reached the set temperature.

The breakfast variety met my expectations. It was acceptable.
The room lacked sufficient electrical outlets. i had to charge my devices in the bathroom. This was very inconvenient. the wifi service was also unreliable. It frequently disconnected. this made it difficult to conduct business.
