I found a couple of things quite disappointing. The mini fridge in my room never worked, even after I reported it to reception for three days straight. It was never fixed. the housekeeping could have been better. The bath sink wasn't cleaned properly. Used cups were just left as is. Hotels usually clean and replace them. This really detracted from my stay.

I found a complimentary minibar in my room! It had excellent items. The room offered a great city view and felt clean and comfy. I REALLY appreciated the late checkout time. It made my departure stress-free.
I noticed very slight spots on the toilet tissue, possibly dried water stains, but it wasn't a big deal.

The staff was helpful and courteous throughout my visit! I especially appreciated the luggage storage facility. This allowed me to explore without my bags. The reception also offered free filtered water. It was very refreshing after a long day.

I found the location very convenient. It was right next to the train station. Major bus and rail transport links are only a minute away from the hotel. It was about a 20 minute walk into town. It made accessing major sites easy.

The hotel is close to the central station, super convenient (i travel a lot!). the place looks modern, and the facilities seem great. my room had concrete walls. They looked very cool. i enjoyed the big windows and outside electric blinds.
i stayed eight nights and ran out of shower gel and tissues. bed sheets were not changed at all. the same dirty glasses remained during the entire stay. there was no way to open the windows, so there was no fresh air.

The hotel's proximity to both the central train station and bus station was a great advantage. My room faced the railway tracks, with a view of the distant mountain. The soundproof window effectively blocked any train noise, it was very quiet. Restaurants are just across the road, most of them serve Halal options.
The shower cubicle lacked a compartment for placing my own toiletries, so I had to put them on the floor.
