ABSOLUTELY Amazing Stay!

kind personnel spacious family room perfect location safe activities
The BREAKFAST attendants were so kind and friendly. I loved the spacious family room. It felt very comfortable. The location IS perfect and quiet, ideal for walking around. I felt safe, made exploring SO much easier.
A tissue box WAS missing in my room, and when i asked for a box at reception, i was told they DON'T normally supply them.

Staff provided Really good service. They were attentive and helpful. The check-in process was smooth. Directions were clear. Assistance with luggage was available. It made our arrival seamless and stress-free.

A clean sauna offered three types. This ensured a relaxing experience. The breakfast buffet presented many OPTIONS including salmon, strudel, and quiche. Excellent tea and coffee are AVAILABLE.

convenient location fresh fruit
i found the location very convenient. it was easy to walk to the old city and many restaurants. the breakfast each morning offered many choices, and i liked the fresh fruit, fresh pastries.

the staff spoke english. that helped me. the hotel was very central, close to the meeting point for my tours and the parking garage. the location was excellent for exploring the beautiful cobbled streets..

worn annex high cost
the location was convenient to many attractions.
the annex felt quite worn. the air conditioning struggled, maintaining only 27 degrees despite being on full power. overall, the cost felt high relative to the experience.

Breakfast service occur with nice staff.
The shampoo bottles were empty upon arrival. The tea kettle require cleaning prior using. I expected better attention to detail for the price.
