The staff were helpful during check-in. The food was excellent throughout my stay. I appreciated the convenient location, providing easy access to nearby attractions. The on-site spa offered a relaxing atmosphere with a variety of treatments available, however, the room was too hot.
The room temperature was difficult to regulate despite adjusting the thermostat. It made sleeping slightly uncomfortable. The noise coming from adjacent rooms disrupted sleep.

i found the food amazing . the front desk staff was professional. they were dedicated and accommodating. i also found my room very clean. it was perfectly serviced every day. the grounds provided memory-making perfection.
the communal areas are well maintained. the hotel rooms are not up to standard for the price per night. the garden room i paid extra for was in worse condition than a 3-star hotel.

The room were spacious, and it were decorated nicely. the beds was comfortable too. the staff were helpful. They seemed to know what they was doing.
Check in was very slow. it seemed it took ages. there are also no lifts available here. It could be a problem for some guest.
