i found the bed and pillows very comfortable. the bathroom was beautifully clean. every staff member i encountered was friendly and helpful. breakfast stood out with freshly juiced fruits, perfect eggs benedict, and a great selection of warm dishes.

the virtual assistant was a little slow when i tried to contact customer service. it would be better to speak with a real person at a hotel of this caliber.
