excellent stay!
clean bathroom friendly staff fresh juice warm dishes
i found the bed and pillows very comfortable. the bathroom was beautifully clean. every staff member i encountered was friendly and helpful. breakfast stood out with freshly juiced fruits, perfect eggs benedict, and a great selection of warm dishes.
the virtual assistant was a little slow when i tried to contact customer service. it would be better to speak with a real person at a hotel of this caliber.

decent experience
helpful staff welcome drink swimming pool terrible pillows cold water bright alarm
the staff was friendly and helpful. i was pleased to receive a welcome drink. the swimming pool was enjoyable. the breakfast offered a wide selection.
I noticed some issues with the pillows. They was like marshmallows. sometimes cold water dripped from the overhead shower. the alarm clock emitted too much light at night.

The breakfast selection was AMAZING!!! providing many choices. Reception staff were always helpful with requests. The pool was lovely. I used it daily. I'm glad I chose this location.

bus stop convenient location uncomfortable pillows cold water
the bus stop location is convenient as it is right in front of the hotel.
the pillows were not good they seemed like marshmallows i had to use towels to sleep the first night it wasn't excellent for a supposed 5 star experience the overhead shower dripped cold water.
