the exterior was quite worn. the dirty paint and unkempt lawns made a poor first impression. i found the staff slow and seemingly untrained. the coffee at breakfast was disappointing.

I found my room spacious and had a really good bath. The high-pressure shower was a bonus. the spa facilities allowed me to properly unwind (which i definitely needed). breakfast offered a great variety, i appreciated the choices available.

The car park had a few potholes. They could use some attention.

Okay Stay, Some Issues

broken jacuzzino apology

I found some aspects frustrating. The jacuzzi was out of service. We specifically booked for the spa facilities. At checkout, the front desk staff acknowledged it. There was no apology or real concern shown, which I found pretty annoying. I expect more from a hotel, especially when amenities are advertised but not available.

Family Fun with a Little Hiccup

I visited with my family and we enjoyed our stay. The staff was lovely and very helpful. Joanne was amazing, she helped us find great local places to visit . The pool facilities were good and my kids really enjoyed them.

I would have rated it higher, but there was no air conditioning in the room. This made it a bit stuffy overnight, a little uncomfortable for our family of four. I hope they get it fixed soon.
