the spa access in the mornings was a definite highlight. the food from the restaurant was very satisfying. i especially liked the complimentary soft drinks in the mini fridge.
i noticed the hotel was quite busy, which led to some waiting at peak times.

the staff were amazing, they really were pretty good too help with everything, i felt so pampered! the spa facilities are great. i loved the hydrotherapy pool, it had various stations.
the restaurant was quite disappointing. the food quality didn't match the high standards of the rest of the place. our air conditioning wasn't working, it made the room stuffy.

the rooms are spacious. the staff is very helpful. the restaurant provides excellent meals. i particularly enjoyed the complimentary wine offered in the reception area, a lovely, unexpected touch, especially after lunch before a train journey. the hydrotherapy pool offered a relaxing experience. i found the ishga products to be a delight to use.
The spa got quite busy, impacting the overall spa experience. Control measures regarding capacity would greatly enhance the visit.
