the room was clean when i arrived. the staff were attentive to requests. the breakfast had great options (i especially liked the menu choices).
the sofa bed was not very secure. i ended up with a sore back because i didn't sleep well and i also trapped my foot due to the pull-out part moving. the bathroom door didn't shut properly. there was no lock on this door, a problem.

The staff were very polite and friendly . I also found my room very super clean and cozy. The food for both the evening meal and breakfast was excellent. I really enjoyed the beautiful surroundings of the hotel too.
The bed was uncomfortable in my room I couldn't open the bathroom door without hitting the bed. Also the shower temperature was not consistent I would have preferred a more reliable hot water supply.

The pods were clean. It was also comfortable and had tea and coffee.
The bathroom door did not shut properly. There also were no lock. My step daughter seen me in the bathroom.
