i was disappointed because the service was not great. the staff didn't seem very interested in helping. also, getting support for my luggage from reception was difficult as there wasn't anyone available.

The staff were friendly. the spa area includes a lovely pool and hot tub. breakfast had a great selection. There was something for all tastes.

i only wish there had been a bath in the room and not just a shower.
