really good boutique stay

I loved the location on a pedestrianized street. it provides a good escape from cars. a subway station is conveniently across the street. the custom scent throughout the hotel is also a nice touch. I even bought a room spray.
the gym is minute. it also has minimal equipment. i wish the gym hours were earlier in the morning.

the staff was super helpful and friendly! i got great recommendations for dining around the area. the bartenders made delicious drinks at the rooftop bar. they also helped me with reservations, which i appreciated very much.

The front desk staff assisted with reservations and taxis. The rooms have modern conveniences. The hammam offered the opportunity to unwind. Golden Poppy's show cooking was really good. I applaud the kitchen staff.
The soundproof window had an issue. It was noisy on the weekend. They changed my room to a smaller one. It also was like the bed was smaller too.

i was greeted warmly and they handled my luggage right away. the reception staff walked me to my room. they offered neighborhood suggestions! the hotel is fine and immaculate, i must say.
the workout room is a bit small.. it's manageable, but i've seen larger ones.

the cleaning left something to be desired. i noticed blood in the bathroom upon arrival, quite off-putting. also, the staff seemed junior. i expected more pro-activeness from a hotel at this price point.
