The hotel had a good location near shops and restaurants.
The room I had booked did not have air conditioning. It was very hot, and the window did not open. The front desk offered only a bottle of water, and it. I felt disappointed with the hotel's inability to address the issue.

i found the location very useful, a true gem. it was close to the eiffel tower and lafayette mall, a wonderful starting point for my adventures. the staff where very HELPFUL and the place had a unique charm .
the air conditioning was not working well for a few nights, a discomfort i must admit. i asked multiple times, yet the heat lingered was good. i also noted there was no rubbish bin in the room, a SMALL inconvenience.

The hotel is very family-friendly (a real plus when traveling with kids). The room had a clever design, maximizing the space. I found the food decent, and the adjacent restaurant was convenient. The location is also good, being within walking distance of many sights.

The family room included semi-enclosed bunk beds, giving children their own little space. The room was very clean with comfy beds, ensuring a restful sleep for everyone. A separate toilet booth added convenience for our family.

The staff was attentive and helpful, particularly at check-in. The kids even got free ice pops and sweets upon arrival (a small gesture that was appreciated). I managed to check in early thanks to the staff.

the hotel location is convenient. it is close to a metro station and not far from the eiffel tower (about 5 minutes). i liked the hotel's modern design. there were arcade games, and they provided complimentary use of a billiard table.
my room was quite cold. the corridor felt warmer than the room itself (it was a bit odd). after three visits to the reception, i received a heater. also, the breakfast coffee machines were broken, i needed to go to the reception for coffee.

I had a room with bunk beds and a double bed. The room had a separate toilet, a plus. The location allows easy access to a supermarket within walking distance. Breakfast offered gluten-free bread and soy milk.
The hotel's parking was difficult to find. There were no signs to display what to do.
