The staff were very friendly and helpful DURING my stay. I got upgraded to a suite with complimentary drinks upon arrival! The spa package included constant refills of bubbly, a nice touch.
The room temperature was WARM. It made sleep difficult. The fries served with the fish were cheap supermarket skinny fries. A hotel of this standard should offer better quality.

The hotel location is near the motorway AND QUIET. This is convenient for travel. The grounds are beautiful. It provides a nice setting for a relaxed break.

The staff was the friendliest I have encountered. They were also kind to my dog. The arrival was smooth, and the bar and restaurant staff were lovely. The dinner and breakfast were great. The hotel was very clean.
The tea and coffee service could have been hotter and quicker. I had to request milk, and it took ten minutes to arrive, leaving my tea cold.

The Double Room was adequately equipped. The bed was comfortable, and the linen was clean and fresh. The room temperature was easily adjustable, I found it to be very quiet .

The food was reasonably priced and decent quality.
OUR room was very small with a slanted roof WHICH caused a few issues. The bathroom was small TOO and had a bath too small to use, made the shower very slippy. IT was not great to use.
