the staff offered warm greetings upon arrival. our room offered a courtyard view, so it was a quiet retreat away from the road. the use of the swimming pool, sauna, and steam room added a bonus to my stay, they were very relaxing. i found dinner in the restaurant delicious.
the decor in some areas felt a little aged.

The reception staff was cute. Jane greeted me with a warm smile and was very helpful. the food was AMAZING!!! chef jose and his team created an really good dinner. The breakfasts were also excellent. the ample parking available.
my room smelled a little of new paint, slightly noticeable after a while.

the spa area is quite nice, and i found the pool very clean. i saw plenty of loungers available around the pool, so finding a place to relax wasn't a problem. the pool was a great way to unwind.

the breakfast was good and offered enough options.
I had issues with the room. the temperature control didn't work, so the room was either too hot or too cold, frustrating. also, the bathroom lacked basic amenities like a toothbrush and toothpaste. I had to request them from reception, but that was inconvenient.

Lovely Stay with Excellent Service!

I received a warm welcome from Vicky at reception. She were great . The restaurant offered amazing food and great value. I appreciated the fabulous portion sizes (the desserts were a highlight!). The hotel had beautiful spa and gym facilities. My room was a nice large room, very comfortable and clean. All staff around the hotel were friendly and very helpful. The staff were really friendly and happy to help. They instantly took a shine to my little girl was great. The manager, John, runs the hotel really well and went out of his way to make sure we were well looked after. The room was immaculate and stylish. It actually looked brand new. The staff in the restaurant, breakfast area, and spa were first class. The food was excellent and I would return just for the smoked salmon starter and chicken curry.
The hallway carpet leading to rooms is very bumpy as not fitted properly and might cause someone to trip.

The staff was helpful. The food was lovely and delivered by the chef. The breakfast buffet offered nice options.
My room shower didn't work very well and it leaked. It had no power. I found one small old bath towel, not a bath sheet. There wasn't much toilet roll left on the holder.
