The concierge service was efficient. I received helpful directions to local attractions. The breakfast included a variety of options. The room was quiet at night.
The minibar was empty. There was no complimentary water provided upon arrival. The gym had limited equipment, i only saw two treadmills and one stationary bike.

Breakfast WAS great, lots of options available. The location suited ME, a very short walk to a nearby metro station. Room service requests came fast and I found the food still hot. I REALLY liked the speedy taxi service outside of the entrance.
The ice machine on my floor was broken, it meant i had to go to ANOTHER floor.

The taxis were promptly available. I found that to be a definite plus. The staff was friendly and helpful! Food was of a good quality. I particularly appreciated the Christmas Eve lunch. It was excellent.
