the room was quite large and quiet. the climate control worked perfectly. breakfast was hearty too!
i found that one of the kitchen knives was broken and hazardous to use.

clean apartment special treat
I adored the big apartment. It was very clean. the large bath was lovely, and i found the kitchen spacious. we loved the washing machine and dryer on each floor. the wellness centre downstairs provided a special treat.
some towels showed wear, and frankly, some had slight yellowish stains.

The business suite had a beautiful design. It was also spotlessly clean. The beds were a generous 180 cm wide with thick quilts. Cotton linens offered a good night's sleep.
Some hallway music was loud enough to be heard constantly in my room.

central location big room comfortable atmosphere helpful staff
i loved the location. i could walk everywhere in the city. the room was big and very comfortable, i felt so relaxed. breakfast was amazing, it had so many options!!! the super nice team too.
the absence of a fridge in the room was a minor inconvenience, honestly. i would have liked to keep my water cold!

Really good Stay
modern design excellent shower quiet environment
The room was clean.. modern design added to my satisfaction. The shower had excellent water pressure and consistent temperature. The AC worked very well, and the environment remained quiet despite the hotel's convenient location.
The breakfast selection was somewhat basic.

The hotel is conveniently removed from the town center scrum. The location is excellent, close to various train, bus, and metro stops. One can easily walk to the center or use a Bolt.

Acceptable Stay with Some Issues
dirty fitness room broken cupboard door
I was disappointed by several aspects . The fitness room was not clean I saw hair everywhere. The toilets had not been cleaned in a long time this concerned me. one of the doors on the cupboard in my apartment did not work and did not get fixed after I reported it nobody informed me about that.

Acceptable stay , but some issues present
sticky floor excessive fee
The breakfast was adequate with reasonable choice.
I encountered an issue with the room cleanliness , as the floor had not been properly cleaned . It felt sticky. When I attempted to clean it myself , the paper towel turned black , indicating inadequate attention to detail. The room seemed clean at first glance , but the floor required more thorough cleaning. Also , the parking fee was excessive.
