fantastic hotel experience

The hotel staff were helpful and professional. they even arranged an early check-in and upgraded my room. the rooms are beautiful. They are super spacious, clean, and full of natural light. the bed was one of the most comfortable i have slept in.
i stayed for three days, and while the location was convenient, several aspects of my stay impacted overall comfort. there was no complimentary breakfast included for economy bookings. the paid option felt quite expensive considering the basic offering.

the staff was friendly and ready to help. the hotel gave details about local transport. i was given details of a sister hotel where i was able to store luggage while exploring.

the restaurant accommodated a request to have food boxed up for collection. i had a burger and fries, and it was delicious, hot and great value. the breakfast spread is huge with plenty of sweet and savory options.

The staff was very helpful and kind. They assisted with luggage and parking. A bottle of wine arrived in an ice bucket. I received vouchers for free drinks at the bar. I also received a discount voucher for the next reservation.
The hotel lacked a ramp at the entrance. Guests must carry luggage up seven steps.

The reception staff were very attentive! i appreciated the helpful assistance whenever i needed support. my room had comfortable beds! breakfast was amazing. I loved the food. the hotel is close to the tram station. A direct tram goes to the city centre. there was a nice bottle of wine, a lovely welcome gift, as well as vouchers for drinks in the hotel bar. the wellness zone was a bonus. i enjoyed the sauna and jacuzzi after a long day. i was impressed with the friendly and helpful staff! they kindly let me park my car in their secure parking lot before check-in, so i could enjoy my day. the staff offered a welcome drink at the bar, and they brought another bottle of prosecco to the room for my group. the wellness center was great. I could relax after a day of sightseeing. the breakfast had a diverse and fresh selection. everything tasted fresh and was well-prepared. the room was spacious and clean. the hotel has a beautiful and stylish interior! the lounge area had chess tables and a piano. even a parrot was there!
the room did not have air conditioning, a bit uncomfortable during warmer periods.

The location was acceptable. It was easy enough to get around from there.
The room was too hot since there was no air conditioning. A fan was provided, but it just made noise. breakfast was also a letdown (i didn't eat it after the first morning). there was too much traffic on the hotel parking lot and guests had to block each other.
