Underwhelming Stay, Issues with Facilities and Service
poor ventilationarrogant tone
The pool area was small and stuffy. Ventilation was poor, so it felt uncomfortable. The lift service was slow, I spent too much time waiting. One morning at breakfast, a waitress told me roughly that I couldn't sit in a certain area. It was embarrassing because there were no signs. I found her tone arrogant and the situation poorly handled. Signs are necessary.

The location was close to the tram, so I could travel around, I guess.
The pool was out of order my whole stay. Staff told me this only after I kept asking about it. They said the warm water did not work either, how good.
