An Acceptable Place to Stay

The hotel offered a nice breakfast. Fresh food was always available. The staff were lovely. Especially Ali, he seemed very helpful. The hotel's location is close to public transport.
The room was small, it was hard to move around. The bed was also small for two people, we could not sleep well. The receptionist did not speak English well. The pool area was closed.

A PERFECT stay!
great breakfast public transport included spa daily room cleaning
My five-night stay included a really great breakfast. I noticed something new looked each day. The location near public transport made getting around easy. The included spa added extra value. The daily room cleaning was AMAZING!!!
I found that only a few members of staff could communicate well in english, making detailed conversations a little tricky.

The hotel is near the metro line. This made accessing different parts of the city very convenient. I found that the area felt safe, with several restaurants and shops within walking distance.

My room included a comfortable bed and a spacious balcony with seating. The bathroom had two separate sinks, convenient. I noticed the air conditioning worked efficiently, keeping the room at a constant temperature.

poor air conditioning monotonous breakfast
The air conditioning did not work well. It barely cooled the room. Also , the breakfast was the same each day , with little variety. I hoped for more from a hotel of this supposed caliber.

nice pool daily breakfast
the hotel has a nice pool i swam in every day it was open from 9am until 11pm the rooms included disposable slippers for the pool i used them daily. the breakfast had some variety each day i tried something new it was enjoyable it made my mornings better.
the rooftop section was not fully utilized it had only one table i think that's such a shame.

helpful staff great location definite spa
I appreciated the helpfulness of the staff. Bariş and yusuf stood out. the location was great, close to both metro line 2 and t1. i easily accessed transportation. the spa was a definite plus. I used the pool and other facilities until late.
The breakfast variety felt limited. The same options were offered daily. the coffee machine wasn't working, and the turnover of plates was slow. if i arrived at breakfast closer to 9 am, the food was not always replenished fully.
