foul smellindifferent staff
i found several issues that need addressing the bathroom emitted a foul smell at times i believe better ventilation is needed the reception staff were not particularly proactive or cute they seemed indifferent to my concerns moreover they did not smile muchwith a less than pleasant atmosphere the lack of attentiveness was disappointing

unstable faucetmoldy windows
The shower situation was not ideal in the first room we received. there was no glass door, causing water to spread everywhere after showering. the faucet in the bathroom also felt loose and unstable.. the whole bathroom needed some tlc. i complained and they moved me to another room, an upgrade. it had mold all around the windows. it was pretty disheartening.

The location was good. It was only a short distance to the metro and tram station.
the morning street noise was quite loud, and breakfast was very limited! they mentioned a free daily spa session, but in reality, there was no spa only a gym and related facilities, which should be clarified. also, the smoke detector in the middle of the ceiling had a bright green light flashing all night, which can be disturbing for those sensitive to light while sleeping
