I found the hotel detail oriented, focused on customer satisfaction. The staff was helpful and available to offer guidance. The gym, pool, and spa were open late. I used the gym, which has three treadmills. The room received service every day unless specified otherwise. It was a Standard Double Room. Breakfast offered great variety.
The coffee cups were small. I wish they were larger.

The hotel is a 10-15 minute walk to a metro station, this made traveling easy. The hotel also has a restaurant right next door. The restaurant stays open late, very convenient.

Breakfast was excellent. The variety was excellent. I saw the team working hard. Mr Mohammed and his team were humble and always willing to help.

Communication was top notch. Many staff members spoke multiple languages. Reception staff helped me get a ride to the airport. The reception staff were very helpful during check-in and check out.

the breakfast offered great variety i found quality options available the room service operated every day that was very consistent i thought the gym was well-equipped it and the pool and spa stayed open late

I liked ms. esra at reception a lot. She was super friendly. i got a very quick check-in. the location was just what i needed, very near the bus station. breakfast was tasty. I saw plenty of options.
the air-conditioning in my room wasn't very cold and i think it had a smell, like wet burnt wood. the air-conditioning vent looked like it might fall out.

the hotel boasts an excellent lobby. there were many sofas and chairs available. it offers an excellent space for business meetings. the WiFi in the lobby was reliable with symmetrical speeds.

Özgür Demir and other reception personnel were fluent in English and accommodating. The hotel lobby is spacious and has several seating areas. The lobby WiFi was reliable and provided speeds of 40-50 Mbps. Breakfast was a buffet with savory and sweet choices that looked fresh.
The fitness center opens late at 10 AM, which does not suit early risers.
