The hotel is very close to the airport, a short drive made it super convenient. the staff was friendly. They arranged a 4am airport transfer and a wake-up call. room service was prompt and reasonably priced. i especially enjoyed that every staff member were really nice too ensure all my needs were met, even bringing me ice cream!
the pillows weren't great, but i managed.

the hotel's location is very convenient, opposite the mall. a pedestrian bridge provides easy access to the mall of istanbul, so i could shop easily. the metro station is also nearby, nice for effortless travel.

the breakfast was AMAZING!!! there was a wide variety of options, including fresh vegetables and fruits. different egg dishes were available, in addition to muesli, etc. the omelettes were particularly good, as well as the turkish pastries!!!

The reception staff were really good and very helpful. They always greeted me with a smile. the dining staff were attentive, and always made sure i had everything i needed. the cleaning staff did an excellent job, maintaining the room's cleanliness daily.

Kenan at the front desk was cute and helpful. He understood the needs of each guest and conversed easily in multiple languages. The hotel's dedication to contentment was reflected in the impeccably clean rooms. Breakfast offered a delectable spread with a variety of options.
The hotel is near infrastructure but lacks close markets and services. The area can get noisy due to windows not properly closing.

i found the breakfast decent. fresh salads and fruits were always available. the transportation options are good because there are two metro stations and bus stations nearby.
the room was small and the shower was quite small too. i requested water, but it was never delivered. the area around the hotel seemed a bit dirty.
