the breakfast had excellent variety. berkan arranged a lovely birthday cake for my son. selda delivered things quickly to our room.
the pool area was cold. it wasn't comfortable for swimming with kids.

The breakfast was very good. It offered a wide variety. i also liked the spaciousness of the rooms. mr arda and mr berkan provided excellent accommodation service.

yakub did a great job with cleaning. the reception staff was cooperative, especially ms. vesile keya, she provided great support. the hotel offered a free shuttle service, available at all times to the most important areas.
some furniture was damaged. the receptionist was unpleasant. i noticed the hotel needs significant improvements to meet standards.
