The underground parking had easy access. IT was useful.
The room was missing simple items such as glass cups. I also lacked a water boiler. I waited over an hour for these items to be delivered, I was not happy.

I found the staff to be really helpful. Vesile assisted me with directions and appliance use. The gym included a panoramic VIEW , made exercising enjoyable. The steam room offered a relaxing experience.
i noticed the refreshment machine near reception was not working.

Vesile personally arranged my transportation. She also provided detailed driving directions to local attractions. She made sure i understood how to use all the kitchen appliances, VERY helpful.

the apartment was on a high floor. the rooms are sound-proof. beds were comfortable. i liked the view. i enjoyed both saunas next to the pool. the gym is well-equipped.
the cleaning condition is really bad. furniture is old dirty and used poorly.

my apartment included a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, and oven and they all seemed in good working order. the mattress are very comfortable and blackout curtains make it easier to sleep. the temperature is controlled separately for each room.
