amazing location attentive staff delicious choices
The location was amazing, with access to city attractions. the hotel staff were attentive and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. i thoroughly enjoyed the on-site dining options. The variety and quality of food were great. the breakfast buffet was a highlight, with a wide selection of delicious choices.
I encountered some noise from a nearby bar , especially late at night. It affected my sleep quality.

The staff were warm and helpful. My room was quite large. The Irish Coffee at the restaurant was also a nice experience.
There was no welcome coffee or tea upon arrival. No one helped me with my luggage on arrival or departure. The TV offered only basic channels, and there was no access to Netflix or YouTube.

The building conversion is excellent. I received an upgrade to a suite upon arrival. A doorman assisted me in arranging a black taxi tour quickly. I enjoyed cocktails at the bar and dinner at the Cloth Ear Pub.
My request to check in fifteen minutes early was not accommodated. I was offered the gymnasium to change in.

ample space luxurious decor really good comfort
i stayed in a suite . the room offered ample space with luxurious decor. the bed provided really good comfort! concierge katie drove home after her shift and brought her own hairbrush for my daughter. the breakfast included many choices in a beautiful room.
Noise from a nearby bar across the street was loud. it disrupted sleep into the early morning. earplugs were offered to mitigate the disturbance. This did not help much.
