The hotel grounds boast beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. The spa provides a relaxing experience with a 20m pool and an outdoor hot tub. I also had a delicious meal with amazing views in the Belleek restaurant, overlooking the lough.
The wifi signal was occasionally weak in certain areas of the hotel.

the suite upgrade featured a lough view and a juliet balcony i had dinner both nights in the cellar restaurant the food was superb my steak was cooked perfectly breakfast in the belleek restaurant offered a great choice to start the day well the spa was great
the room overlooked the utility yard however it was functional and clean

the junior suite was spacious and comfortable i found the hallways were lovely the hotel décor was immaculate every meal i had was delicious and presented beautifully i could adjust the fan for personal comfort.

the cellar bar provided tasty food with generous portions the belleek restaurant's breakfast service offered many options i liked the breakfast table service as opposed to a buffet it felt special and attentive.

The room was clean when I arrived.
The hot water situation was a major problem. I could not shower before dinner. I also found the service at the bar to be quite slow. I waited for quite some time before anyone acknowledged me, and getting a menu took even longer. I ended up having to seek out a staff member to get the menu.

A Truly Nice Stay!

The hotel had Christmas decorations that were beautiful. I saw log fires burning in many areas. Seating areas were cozy. Breakfast was AMAZING!!! It offered a wide selection with food cooked to order.
The bedroom keys didn't work correctly upon arrival, so I couldn't enter the room initially.

The duty manager approached me at check-in and offered to serve bistro food in the bar, given the winter weather, and I thought that was really nice. Bar staff like Josh and Luke offered excellent care, a detail I appreciated.

The hotel includes a ramp at the front, offering access to reception, I noticed that. I stayed in Room 401, a twin room near reception. It features an accessible bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower. I requested an extra shower stool, and it arrived promptly.
