The breakfast was great with a wide selection of options. I enjoyed fresh fruit and pastries. The room was large, specifically a courtyard room. It was well-appointed with comfortable furniture.

The hotel is beautiful. It's nestled away in a peaceful location, surrounded by forest and water. the staff were really nice with every interaction. They were warm and professional. i appreciated that my room was super clean and beautifully designed, complete with high-quality amenities.

i enjoyed the tasty food served in the bar, including a sampling of excellent local whiskey. the breakfast buffet was also great, with a wide variety of freshly prepared options. the food quality definitely added to the experience

Excellent Stay at the Castle
beautiful grounds separate shower attentive staff
The hotel grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. My room, a courtyard room, was clean. It included a separate shower and a bathtub. Breakfast included many options and the staff was attentive. I had a great time.
I noted that the spa area needed some maintenance. Some tiles around the hydrotherapy pool were missing. Also the pool felt cold. The hydrotherapy pool had no bubbles.

The hotel location provides ample parking spaces . It also offers fine views of the surrounding areas and includes great walking trails. The setting is very quiet and tranquil for a relaxing getaway.

The lounge included real fires creating a relaxing atmosphere. There is also a spa available, but some areas showed signs of needing repair. The gym area has modern equipment for a complete workout during your stay.

serene getaway
well kept grounds attentive staff christmas ham
the grounds were very well maintained with beautiful gardens. the dining room staff were attentive and quick. gabriel prepared lovely omelettes at breakfast, and i enjoyed the freshly cooked christmas ham.
the wedding guests made noise until late at night! this disturbed my sleep on the first night and i was concerned about my toddler waking up. the receptionist also did not provide sufficient information upon arrival.

the spa had lovely facilities and a wide range of treatments! i used the complimentary bikes and found them to be a great addition, allowing exploration of the surrounding areas and offering a fun, active option.

the concierge services, especially from shay, were excellent. donal took us to our room and was super friendly. lucasz was very friendly while serving us in the bar. everyone i encountered was accommodating.

a castle stay i won't forget
ample space comfortable beds helpful staff delicious food
My twin room offered ample space, it included a large bathroom, double sinks, and separate shower. the beds were really comfortable. I slept soundly each night. the staff showed friendliness, always helpful with any query i had. i particularly enjoyed the delicious food in the dining room, it was a lovely experience.
i noticed some minor wear in the room, just small signs of use on some of the furniture.

The hotel provided complimentary bicycles. This allowed me to explore the scenic grounds around the hotel. the grounds included paths for hiking near the lake. the artwork and statue collections added an element of charm.

Acceptable stay with a few issues
sewage smell silverfish presence
Our experience included some disappointments. The shower sometimes smelled of sewage, so we had to keep the bathroom door closed. I noticed silverfish on the bathroom tiles too. a pizza I ordered arrived with ingredients I specifically asked to be excluded.. it felt frustrating. I think the hotel has potential, BUT these issues need attention.

A Decent Experience
manicured grounds cozy interior poor staff plastic ham
The castle building are beautiful, I enjoy the well manicured grounds. Interior sitting areas with fireplaces are cozy. I found the huge room and bathroom elegant and luxurious.
Breakfast staff are appalling poor, I do say. Staff fill orange juice from 1 litre containers! Eggs florentine are on shop bought plastic ham.
