the staff were amazing. particularly in the lobby bar and cedars restaurant. i enjoyed the swimming pool and plan to return. the water was perfect.
the room did not feature air conditioning. this omission was disappointing. i expected this amenity given the hotel's reputation.

the food was delicious. i thoroughly enjoyed the spa treatments. my room was spacious and clean! the wedding i attended at the hotel was expertly organized, and everything ran smoothly.
i noticed some glasses and trays remained outside rooms for extended periods, a minor oversight.

I found the entrance to the estate very lovely and there was very convenient parking. The shuttle bus to the entrance was a nice touch. the room offered a comfortable bed. both a bath and a shower, which i consider a great advantage.
The restaurant staff seemed a bit unfriendly. I was also accidentally overcharged, but the money was refunded after i spotted the error.

The staff greeted us so warmly!!! the spa was very nice. I spent hours in the thermal suite. we lounged by the outdoor pool, heated. It felt amazing. the bed in our room was so comfortable. I slept like a log.
The wifi signal in the lobby bar was a bit weak. I had some trouble checking emails.
