a dreamy escape

The food was delicious and fresh. i particularly enjoyed the heated pools, a true blessing during the evenings. the staff were wonderfully attentive. I was like royalty. this hotel is so good, i want to visit again soon. It feels like my home from home.
The pool had several loose small tiles. With sharp edges this posed a small risk.

The room was spacious and bright. it included all comforts needed for a relaxing stay, and it was tastefully furnished too. the bathroom was also large and well-designed. A lovely addition.

i stayed in a superior beach front room. it had a amazing view. the hotel offered evening transfers to naama bay free of charge and that was very convenient. the hotel is built on seven levels and offered plenty of space for all guests.
Some staff spoke better russian than english and focused mainly on russian tourists. That was noticeable.

The food offered great variety each day, a plus. The staff was polite and also well-trained.
I found the room quite different from the advertised photos. The room had an extra cot that felt uncomfortable. It was rock-hard.

the all-inclusive deal? more like 'mostly-inclusive'-beware, because they STILL charge you extra for stuff without telling you. i found THE food repetitive. the same OLD buffet items was DAY after DAY. the biggest disappointment? one RECEPTION guy was super rude. He actually YELLED at us about the bracelets after checkout. it was an UNCOMFORTABLE experience, to say the least.

The staff were amazing. everyone was so friendly and helpful. I found them attentive to detail. the food was good. There was a large buffet and also two a la carte restaurants. i could use these restaurants as often as i liked with bookings. i found everything clean as new inside with well kept grounds as well.

my room was lovely, large, and with a big bathroom. it was also very well equipped. the bed was very comfy. i was on the top floor, good because the view was wonderful, and it was not noisy.

a beach with a coral reef for snorkeling was literally a dozen of steps away from the hotel. food at breakfast was perfection!!! there were hundreds of things to choose from, and all were fresh and tasty. i enjoyed this hotel very much.

low pressureearly closure
I found some issues . The water pressure in the bathroom was seriously low. It took ages to fill the bathtub. the outside area closed at 10 PM. It was still hot, so getting a drink outside was impossible.
