Really good Service and Beautiful Setting

I discovered the staff offers great service at every meal. The team accommodated our large group's needs. They even opened the breakfast buffet early one day when we took a hot air balloon ride (that was something!). Comfortable beds and nice pillows added to the positive experience.
I found the rooms to be somewhat outdated. The photos online present a different impression. The rooms are still adequate, but could use an update.

the staff was very nice. karim at the reception was cute. mohamed, the concierge supervisor, was also very helpful. i found the breakfast buffet to be vast. the evening entertainment was wonderful, and i looked forward to it daily.
i found that the hotel is billed as a 5-star accommodation, but it is not. the rooms are typical, so they are comfortable. however, nothing stood out in a big way.
