Superb Adults-Only Getaway

The hotel was clean (I appreciated this a lot). Staff members were helpful and smiling. I want to thank Abdelaaziz and Ahmad Akram at the reception for professional support. They provided all needed information to.
The music level was sometimes far too high. The bass reverberated through the building which was too loud for a relaxing stay.

Food choices included traditional Egyptian, Italian, and Indian cuisines. There was a steak house, too. Food was available almost 24 hours a day, a great plus.

Customer relations, exemplified by Mr Haitham Serag, reached pure excellence. I also want to thank Ismail Saead, Hesham, Mahmoud Hassan, Moataz Ahmed and Hashem Mohamed for the friendly and professional support.

beautiful beachtasty food
The service was AMAZING!!! The beach is lovely. The food is tasty and the restaurant was my favourite. I enjoyed a snorkelling trip and the reef had many different fishes.
The music level was sometimes TOO high. The base reverberated through the building. It was hard to rest.
