fresh watergentle staff
the view from the restaurant was amazing, it revealed the bosporus in the soft morning light. the staff were so gentle and always provided fresh bottled water, very considerate of them.
the music played in the bathroom was on a loop, and i could not find a way to turn it off.

the breakfast had a good selection and city views from the terrace were lovely the staff made me feel special they were always ready to assist and ensure i felt comfortable the room was very clean i appreciated that the hotel seemed quite new
the absence of english newspapers in the lobby was a minor inconvenience i feel that providing a couple of these would greatly enhance the guest experience

the breakfast had a super selection, that i enjoyed. the panoramic view was amazing, i loved the vistas. the hotel's location was great and close to the main mosques. the great bazaar was also within easy reach.
The hotel sits on a hill. It may be difficult for some guests.
