Fantastic Stay Near the Metro
friendly staff arabic speaker convenient location
I found the staff cute and friendly. Okan at reception speaks arabic, a big help (he is so kind!). The waiters in the restaurant were also very friendly and helpful. I really appreciated how close the hotel is to the metro.
The elevator had a very slight musty smell.

The superior room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower, which i greatly appreciated. The beds were very comfortable and the room was pretty quiet. The room size was adequate and well kept.

the staff was very attentive. my room was always clean and well-kept! the hotel's location is excellent near transport options. i appreciated the helpfulness and politeness of the reception team.

The service was excellent. The front office staff was particularly cute! and efficient during check-in. their local knowledge assisted greatly in planning my city visits and ensuring my requests were handled promptly.

inconsistent service and room issues
the location was good. it was close to many shops.
I found the cleaning service quite poor. One day i put the 'do not disturb' sign up, and they cleaned anyway. another day, i requested cleaning, but it wasn't done. also, they forgot to replenish toilet paper one day. It was frustrating

convenient location helpful staff steep street single key
The hotel's location is very convenient. It is close to the subway (this made traveling around easy). The staff were helpful and friendly.
The hotel is on a steep street. This made arrival with luggage a little difficult. The hotel provided only one key card per room, sometimes inconvenient.

inconsistent experience
sewage smell poor isolation
the staff responded fast to requests.
The elevators had an unpleasant smell. It smelled like sewage. sound isolation was very poor. I could hear everything happening outside. also, the hotel was not very clean. I saw dirty towels and bed sheets despite asking multiple times for them to be changed.
