a GEM in the alps
snow storm room window
i stayed during a snow storm and the staff proved very helpful. laura and the boss were great. The hotel location is near town but still feels quiet. i could see the matterhorn from my room window.
the hotel Spa felt dated. the hot tub had too much chlorine. The digital screens in the relaxing areas were also nasty.

cute staff beautiful place unique architecture central location
The staff were always cute. they stood ready to help us with everything. the room and available amenities was so great. It was a beautiful place with unique architecture, i loved the central location. there is a ski room with lockers on the ground floor, we used it to leave our equipment.
the elevator entrance was slightly confusing. the lighting in the room had a bit of a learning curve.

The spa included specific relaxation rooms. these rooms offered white sounds and classical music. a ski room with lockers was on the ground floor, ensuring convenient equipment storage. We found this very helpful.

Our room had a funky decor. it was also equipped with a good shower. It had all necessary amenities. the view of the mountains from our window was amazing. It was very refreshing.

Breakfast offered a great view from the dining area. there was a wonderful array of options for breakfast, including coffee and prosecco. we loved the possibility to order pancakes. French toast, and other breakfast items were also available.

the location was very convenient, just a few minutes walk from the main street area and the train station. the hotel provided a shuttle service for most of the day, that was very helpful. it's close to the lifts, for skiing.
