the hotel's location was perfect. it was just steps from the train station and the gornergrat railway. the ski locker area was efficient and well-organized. it made getting ready for skiing quite simple.

breakfast started at 7:00 a.m., my train left at 7:30 a.m. i had paid for breakfast, but i had little time to eat before my journey. i wanted to take a small amount of food to go, and the staff did not allow it.

The staff was friendly and helpful at all times. The hotel location is excellent, just a short walk from the train station. Breakfast offered a great variety of options each morning. Afternoon tea included cakes and pastries , and it proved a lovely treat.

The closure time of the saunas felt a little early , limiting our ability to use them fully after late afternoon activities.
