the staff were very friendly. the room was clean. the bathroom was fully tiled with marble and bright led lights. (i really liked this detail)
the carpet in the room had dog's hairs. the door's handle was broken. the hotel seems a little bit abandoned.

This hotel rocks! the staff were super friendly. i had a room with a killer view of the matterhorn. Waking up to that every morning was just amazing! the location is perfect because its super close to the cable car, made getting to the slopes a total breeze.
I noticed the tv was a bit outdated and only had access to analog channels, a bummer. I couldn't really watch anything.

Breakfast was seriously fantastic. There was a huge variety to choose from, and everything tasted so fresh! the dining area had large windows that gave fine views. It was a great way to start each day.

Eli and sabrina from the staff were very nice. They were really good too help with directions and local tips! they always had a smile and made sure i had everything i needed. Real superstars!

My room on the fifth floor had a amazing view that i will never forget! it was super clean and well-kept. Everything i needed was right there, from extra towels to comfy bedding.
