mixed feelings about this hotel
tasty breakfaststale breadinattentive staff
the breakfast was quite tasty
my recent stay had some issues i ordered room service and received stale bread slimy cheeses and hummus that tasted off additionally the staff didn't seem very attentive making it difficult to get service when needed

The hotel is a short walk from Gare du Nord, about ten minutes. It made getting around the city quite simple. I found the food in the courtyard downstairs delicious.. so delicious! The pool was very lovely and well kept. My room was quiet and well-equipped.
The fire alarm went off very early one morning, around 6:30 am.

the hotel offered refillable water bottles in the room. refill points were available on each floor, that was very useful. the location was perfect. it was close to louis blanc and gare de l'est metro stations. the hotel remained quiet throughout the night, contributing to a peaceful rest.
i found the double beds too small for two people. the bar closes relatively early at 11:30 pm on weekends. this limited our options for late evening drinks at the hotel after exploring.

the hotel features a fabulous bar with good prices. there is a gorgeous courtyard providing a wonderful setting. the bar's appealing ambiance enhanced our evenings, as did the tasty offerings at the bar

the hotel looked like the pictures online when i arrived. my family room was quite nice. the station is convenient especially for travel. the pool was lovely.
i ordered two coffees, but i only received one. then i was forgotten again. there were no apologies for the lack of hot water. i felt let down by the level of service.
