unreliable wifidelayed iron
the wifi was not reliable. it kept disconnecting often. i asked for an iron but it arrived several hours later because the receptionist had TO do it herself. an extra charge looked on my account days AFTER i left. this hotel needs improvements in service and reliability. the value does NOT justify the price.

i found the facilities super clean and modern. the bar and terrace had beautiful decorations. my room had modern equipment. i even glimpsed tour eiffel from my window.
i noticed a slightly strange odour in the pool area it was not a major issue but worth noting

i found every staff member to be kind. they were always willing to help, which i appreciated. the location was great for transport links to many areas. getting around wasn't difficult at all (i took the subway most of the time).
i noticed the room size. it felt small. the door allowed noise to travel easily, especially when other guests closed theirs.

The decor had a pleasant aesthetic. There was a calm feel in the area around the hotel. The location offered easy access to both the metro and tramway.
The bathroom door did not close properly. I could not fit a wine bottle in the empty minibar. I found the breakfast options repetitive with no variation.
