broken machine bad breakfast
the free airport shuttle was very convenient for my early morning flight.
The gym was a letdown. Half the cardio machines were broken. the breakfast also disappointed me. The mixed eggs lacked condiments and seemed to have been made with milk (.. ). it was not great.

The location proved convenient, especially with the complimentary airport shuttle. I found the staff amiable and always ready to assist, charming!
I observed housekeeping missed a spot. The floor seemed quite unclean. The front desk didn't mention parking fees during check-in. This information should be clearer. I found this inconvenient..

shuttle delay empty minibar
I found a couple of things less than stellar, naturally. Getting the shuttle proved interesting. I had to call once I reached the pickup spot. It took an additional half hour for it to actually show up. The minibar was rather empty. It contained merely a single bottle of water for my personal enjoyment.

The staff were kind. They arranged for an early airport shuttle. The room was very clean. I found the availability of a parking garage particularly useful, given the rental car.
