a romantic getaway
comfortable bed evening service ample equipment
turn-down service each evening added a special touch. the gym had ample equipment for my workout needs. breakfast was a highlight with its fresh fruit and varied items.
the coffee in the room came at an extra charge, a detail i found unusual.

the hotel sits just off a main street, nearby are other grand hotels and numerous attractions. i walked easily to the prado and thyssen museums, reveling in the city's artistic heart. many restaurants and bars are nearby.
