I usually don't write reviews, but this time I will make an effort. This place surprised me and disappointed me. The rooftop pool was very cold. Every guest agreed. It was more like a plunge pool. Getting a drink took 45 minutes. It was faster to grab a drink from my room. The staff seemed busy smoking outside instead of assisting guests.

The staff was friendly and helpful . The facilities were VERY clean and well kept. I loved the comfortable beds and the showers kept the steam from fogging the mirror!!!
The rooms were not soundproof at all. I could easily hear everything going on outside my door. This was a real inconvenience at night.

underwhelming experience

the location was good for shopping areas and getting around.
the rooftop pool was too cold for use and felt more like a plunge pool i spoke with other guests and they agreed it was not usable i also had issues getting service at the pool bar it took 45 minutes to get a drink it was easier to get a drink from my room instead.
