the airport shuttle worked perfectly. i booked my time upon arrival, a very convenient service. the room was perfectly clean. the shower had good water pressure.
the lobby had a strong scent. it was from a plug-in machine. it was slightly overpowering.

the hotel has a free airport shuttle. it was a life saver. the room included everything i needed for my stay. i will return.
staff was unhelpful. i found the staff to be grumpy when picking me up from the airport. i had to wait over an hour. the driver took me to the wrong hotel. he never told me where to go.

The air conditioning in my room barely worked. It made a constant noise. I requested soap from the cleaning lady. She told me they did not have any available. The room service options were also quite limited. I wanted a light meal in my room but was told no service was available until the restaurant opened much later. limited air conditioning, no soap
