The bedroom was modern, clean, and a good size. the bathroom was very large with a separate shower and a bath. the breakfast spread had lots of options. The food was AMAZING!!!

a good urban retreat

the room was quite large. it had a well-designed layout especially for europe. the hotel staff offered superb recommendations for nearby dinner spots. i found the proximity to the subway and the royal palace very useful.
the gym overlooked my room and partially obscured what would have been an otherwise uninhibited view.

the hotel features a modern gym with three treadmills and two stationary bikes. the spa includes a sauna and a steam room. the pool area offers twenty loungers and a shaded section, providing ample space for relaxation.

Decent Stay. Some Issues
faulty tvlacking gesture
The TV in the room didn't work initially. I had to call reception three times! one day my room wasn't cleaned by 5 p.m.. That seemed pretty late to me. I asked twice for tea bags and water, but they never arrived. That was frustrating. The manager did apologize, but there was no gesture of goodwill, which I thought was lacking.

the included breakfast was acceptable it offered various options.
the club behind the hotel played very loud music late into the night. there was also much shouting until 4am. sleep was quite disturbed by this noise and vibration.
