i FOUND the location very convenient for visiting attractions and nearby dining. the staff were always helpful and available when i needed assistance. the room was spacious and clean with a VERY comfortable bed. i enjoyed the rooftop plunge pool.
during my stay, the access cards occasionally malfunctioned, causing a delay in entering the room initially. it was a small inconvenience. that i hope can be resolved soon.

i found the breakfast selection very excellent. the staff were genuinely helpful, especially assisting with train tickets. the hotel location suited my needs perfectly and felt quite clean. luis at check-in was efficient and assigned my room quickly.
the access cards had an issue and i had to wait to enter the room.

The staff offered excellent service. They helped with every request. The hotel boasts a very modern style. The location is ideal. It is within walking distance of the Railway station and Prado Museum. I appreciated the convenient garage!
I encountered an overcharge of 150 euros at the spa. The manager said they would check with the spa and arrange a refund. I have been home a week though I have not received anything.
