The staff were friendly and helpful during my entire stay. The team answered all my questions and provided quick service. I really liked the beautiful hotel. It blended classic and modern tones tastefully. The lobby had a vibrant yet private atmosphere, which I found relaxing. The location was also convenient for accessing shops.
I found the soft pillows a little uncomfortable. I suggest bringing a firm pillow if you are used to them.

charming surprise in the city

the room was beautifully appointed with modern decor. i found the bed comfortable. i especially appreciated the spacious bathroom with high-quality toiletries. the hotel's location was also a major plus, i had easy access to many attractions.
the spa access fee felt a bit steep considering the size of the facility.
