the apartment was spacious and cleaned regularly staff were pleasant and helpful i appreciated the well kept grounds and the variety of pools suitable for different ages. i found the self-catering facilities to be comprehensive with well-stocked rooms it was convenient to have everything i needed for a comfortable stay.
my only slight issue involved a lack of available sunbeds i encountered difficulty securing one at the pool during peak hours.

the staff demonstrated excellent attentiveness to detail and provided helpful service throughout my stay i was impressed by their friendly demeanor and willingness to assist with any inquiries i had during the visit.

the resort provided a good range of pools suitable for various age groups it included a dedicated kids club with engaging activities the transfer service to the town center and beach was convenient for exploring the surroundings.

I really enjoyed the restaurant. The food was delicious for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. there were fun activities for the kids. the grounds were clean and perfectly manicured (i liked the attention to detail). i also used the spa facilities and had another treatment, as the first one was very good.

the one-bedroom apartment had a full-size kitchen and a separate bedroom with a balcony. it was very clean and provided ample space for relaxation. the air conditioning worked well and kept the apartment cool.

the location offers a frequent free shuttle bus into the town, very accommodating. there are many beaches in the area. a local taxi driver mentioned it is a better resort.

the resort has activities for kids and entertainment for young families. the spa provides massages and facials, leaving you pampered and refreshed. an adult-only pool allows for a relaxing getaway.

the staff were friendly and informative. there is a concierge who takes you and luggage to your apartment on a golf cart. the cleaning staff were lovely too (always smiling and helpful).

i found the apartment to be spacious. it was clean. the shower had plenty of hot water. i liked that kate the tui rep was knowledgeable about the area.
the main pool felt too small for so many guests. the sunbeds were packed closely. they were all gone early in the morning. there were no sun loungers near the kids splash pool.
