The apartment was quite large and clean. This provided a satisfactory base for my stay.
The indoor swimming pool looked mouldy. The maintenance of this facility requires attention. Some staff members were impolite. I found this unacceptable.

the staff at the front desk was friendly they offered local recommendations. the positive energy from the staff was genuine i felt comfortable. rooms were very clean facilities were very good.
the hotel is promoted as a five-star hotel but definitely isn't.

i enjoyed the well-organized activities, including the shuttle golf game where i won a baseball cap (what a prize!). salsa dancing in the main bar was great fun. the staff were accommodating when i requested a room change, and the new room was very good. madhava at the mexican restaurant served very good food and drinks.

the reception staff provided immediate answers to all questions and requests and gave helpful information. bárbara offered a warm welcome, kindness, and was helpful. i found the staff friendly, and they were accommodating.

the location is excellent, very near to the beach, and we could reach it in just a few minutes. there was no traffic around the hotel. the hotel is located near all establishments.
